The carburetor in motocycle is a delicate component, built with small passages and orifices. Being in contact with the petrol, it is subject, with time and with which undergoes corrosion, to erode and not to work well, as well as to lose the settings made by the manufacturer. To return the carburetor to its perfect working condition, it must be completely dismantled. The main body with some components are cleaned by acids, ultrasound and glass peening. The parts subject to wear, such as gaskets and castings, are replaced.
