TANKS TREATMENT
WORKS
The treatment tanks serves to eliminate the problem of rust in iron tanks.
The tanks are closed by means of special plugs and the liquid which melts the rust is introduced. Attached to a single machine, they are rotated at low speed for 3/4 hours. If the rind is particularly intense this phase stretches to obtain a clean and pickled surface (photos 3 and 4).
When the tank is clean and dried, the resin is inserted.
Also in this phase the tank is turned at low speed for about 6h in order to obtain a uniform surface.
The resin after 12h solidifies but for the complete drying it takes 7 days in the summer and 10 in the winter.
This treatment solves the problem of rust permanently. The treatment is also valid for aluminum, resin and plastic tanks. With regard to plastic, only paintable plastics.
